Dear Homeowners: As mentioned in a Nextdoor post before Thanksgiving, the Tollgate Action Committee (TAC) and Tollgate Homeowners Association (HOA) have been meeting with a developer regarding the front of Tollgate Village. Dave McGowan, President of Regent Homes, met with the TAC several weeks ago and presented their plan for commercial and residential development at the front of Tollgate Village. We had a number of recommendations that they took into consideration. On Wednesday night of this week, they presented their updated plans incorporating many of our recommendations. Regent Homes wants to present the plan to all Tollgate Residents. To accomplish this, TAC/HOA has scheduled a meeting next Wednesday, December 6th at 7:00 PM at the Thompson’s Station Community Center located at 1555 Thompson’s Station Road West, next door to Circa Restaurant, for the developer to present the plan. As we committed in the beginning and will continue to support, we want each resident to have the most current information. We ask that every resident make a special effort to attend.
