What is The Tollgate Action Committee (TAC)?
As with many developing neighborhoods, the developer maintains ownership until a certain number of lots or houses are sold, and then ownership of the homeowner's association (HOA) is turned over to the residents. In Tollgate, the developer still maintains ownership of the HOA, so the TAC was formed to provide an interface to the HOA on issues regarding Tollgate Village. The TAC has no budget and no vote in the HOA, but we have the voice of the residents. We work hand-in-hand with the developer to help build a strong community in Thompson’s Station, TN.
The TAC is comprised of several committees that serve our community.
